Responsible for managing the CMMS system (Maximo) and all maintenance and repair for building-related mechanical, electrical, carpentry, and life safety systems. Provide technical expertise, coordination, self-performance or assignment to other staff or contractors for Waters/TA campus headquarters in New Castle, DE.
